bad place

I've been here for almost 5 years....... they never fix your stuff on time because they're so busy trying to make room for new tenants a month ago my dishwasher and my sinks in my kitchen we're out of use for 9 days making my apartment stink and it wasn't until I went into the office demanding attention and now here I am again on July 31st 2025 asking for my dishwasher to be tended to I put in a request two days ago nobody has came but they built a new staircase for my neighbors but they can't… come fix my stuff this is an awful place to live if you're expecting anyone to care. the last neighbor that I knew said he went 3 months without air conditioning and they never fixed it this place has turned into a disaster and has had at least three to four different property owners since I've been here just because it's affordable remember affordable doesn't mean dependable.

They gave me a evictions notices because they couldn't find a renewal lease for me so they gave a notice to move

Don’t Do it !

Everyone nice when you’re looking once you move in and things go wrong in your apartment, Management is RUDE. They have a pest problem but I never seen a pest control guy come knock on my door and I pay for it monthly .The pool you don’t have access too , no basketball court Or tennis courts they lying.

Don’t Do It!

I don’t know if all of Tampa have a termite problem or just a few places but it makes it difficult to try to live in a place you want to call home but you’re getting bit every night,throughout the day or even in your car. I’ve had Massey come every week (when he chooses to show up anyway) and my termite problem is still not solved. At first he told me it was ants now I realize no one knows what they’re doing. If you have any wood furniture and expect to move in here despite the reviews also… expect to lose some of your items as well. I’ve thrown out my bed and now doing my best to move out! I’ve been here since July and it’s been the worse place I’ve ever lived. I’ve contacted the property manager several times and nothing was solved really. All I got was attitude and unprofessionalism. ( Threaten to stop sending pest control out) Also contacted management above them and they haven’t even gotten back to me. Asked for a screen on my patio to limit the bugs so I can air out my house when I cook. That was months ago. I moved to Tampa to get a fresh start and a different experience. All this place has made me is DEPRESSED. With all the bull that comes with this place( noise, pests issues, no grounds keep work at all,) All in all the termites are a deal breaker. JUST DONT DO IT!

A work in Progress

-management must email you a link to apply
-there are no apartments to preview, view virtually
-Rent +water/sewer ($60) pest control/trash ($15)+ Spectrum wifi/internet $89 are all paid together to the leasing office
-Maintenance staff- you will probably have to learn how to repair it yourself or hire someone
-Fitness center only open during Leasing Office hours
-Swimming Pool is closed
-Some apartments have ceiling fans
-Some apartments having functioning equipment (ice maker, dish… washer)
-Laundry Rooms are all being worked on
-Pest Control is provided by Messey - I have my own remedy
