Es un condominio acogedor y un excelente lugar para vivir yo llevo rentado más de 3 años y no he tenido ningún problema todo lo contrario su personal de trabajo especialmente la mánager Dida es una excelente persona y ser humano cualquier duda e inquietud al monte atienden y se resuelven todos los problemas también su personal de mantenimiento que cuando se llama vienen enseguida y se resuelve el problema si quieren un lugar tranquilo y acogedor para vivir este es el índicado se los recomiendo… no se van a arrepentir Read More

I lived here for a year and the previous manager Jackie was so helpful and did so much to accommodate any questions or issues you had and was always on top of everything. The new manager Dida is very unfriendly and all of my neighbors thought so too. Working in that field you should at least be welcoming but she was not. When I decided to move three of my neighbors were planning their move as well. One before me the rest after. This used to be a nice place to live but all the late fees she… charges are insane. Plus the rent here is high to begin with and these are by far not luxury apartments. The manager Dida also walked in my apartment with no written or phone call communication at all. She gave no notice,I was on time on rent, and all of my decorations were outside including my patio furniture so I was clearly living there. She made living there miserable and fees came out of no where. Prior management never ran like this and I hope the owner finds someone who is more interested in their job to manage their property. i heat the late fees ,i work to hard for my money to be paying these latefees
