Found my new home!

Found my new apartment for years to come. After living here for the last year, I am so excited to continue to live here for the future years to come. Josh always solves any issues and lets you know about what is going on promptly and professionally. Maintenance men are always on time and kind. Thank you Bay vista and Josh!

Wish I didn't need to move out

I lived here for about two years, one in the one-bed, one in the 2-bed unit. Great little apartment. If the circumstances did not require me to leave, I would have stayed longer. Location is great, very close to Bayshore Blvd, Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, and just off of Dale Mabry, so easy to get around in Tampa. Also just a short bridge right from St. Pete. Neighborhood was great and I never had issues with any of my neighbors. There's a reason it's impossible to get this place, because it's a... steal and anyone who finds out about it does not want to move out.

No response after applying. Been a week. Nothing.

My wife and I applied and hadn’t heard anything. No acknowledgment they received it. Nothing. Filled out everything accordingly. But not a word. Not sure they even bothered to check. All we know is they saw to it they took the 150. application fee.
