Lake Azzure Apartments

1.My apartment leaks when it rains heavily and water gets in under the front door
2.I am one person with one car and If I am not home by 7pm there will be no parking for me anywhere near my apartment. The community has to many buildings and not enough parking spots. They also have multiple people living in smaller units and they have multiple cars. I have had my car towed twice within the community due to them not having anywhere for me to park and they wont refund you.
3.Everyone that said they... never answer the phone is 100% correct. You have to physically go into the office to make any kind of request. But every day around 5:30pm you will see them all hanging out on the office patio.
3. Try your best not to stay here longer than 1 year.
4. 2 years ago they complex made it on the local news for being flooded for more than 2 months after 2 back to back storms that came through. Before making it to the news, they did nothing about it. This community is horrible

La atención del personal es excepcional sus instalaciones son altamente confortables el condominio cuenta con gym dos piscinas totalmente limpias al igual que se nota la limpieza en todas las areas de jardines se cuenta con seguridad en el área de buzones además cuenta con suficientes parkeos en todas las areas realmente es muy agradable vivir en este lugar se lo recomiendo 100 % a todos

Every building is infested with German roaches. There is no pest control, and if you complain enough they might send someone to spray... which does nothing. They don't do any maintenance, even if that means your sink is backed up for a week and you only get a 5 minute shower because the hot water spigot in the kitchen and bathroom leak constantly. Many of the porch lights don't work. Patio lights don't work. Rotten planks on patios and porches. Now they're painting the buildings to make them... "pretty" but literally no one can take furniture or kitchen appliances when they leave because they're full of roaches. These people need to fix the insides before worrying about the outsides. The air conditioners don't work so many people have to have window units, otherwise you get a $450 electric bill but you're still sitting in an 87° apartment. Now they raised the rents so much they're the same price as the nicer places, so just go somewhere they actually care about the health and well-being of their residents. Don't come here. Read More
