It is an excellent place to live, everything is up to date, the maintenance is immediate when you need it, the attention is a 10/10, in short, I wouldn’t live anywhere else!

The staff is polite, but they are mostly ineffective for some situations. Apparently they can't stop people smoking pot on their patio/lanai. So a tenant will just have to deal with the odor. They also can't seem to keep kids from Gaither hanging out at the grill/picnic area during school hours. Parents are allowed to block the driveway to pick up kids.

The apartment complex is well kept, convenient location and updated. Maintenance does an excellent job. There are a few issues, such as, tub is peeling and screen to patio is ripped. Otherwise, in good condition. The rent is very high for the area.

Recently I was faced with finding a home for me and my son when were displaced due to a sinkhole under our home that we lived in for 13 years..Being a single parent searching for an apartment during my busiest work season and school break was crazy. The team at the Lakes at Northdale made it so easy for us... No long waits in the clubhouse, and no cut and dry answer "we have nothing to show"...They showed us a beautiful model with stainless appliances, wood floors, and they provide a washer &... dryer in the apartment too.Not just some units, but all of the units were premium..It was the closest thing to our home that we missed. The price was very affordable. We love it here.....close to the park, shopping, and most of all my son loves his new room.
