Lark on 42nd

My experience at Lark on 42nd was terrible, and I would never recommend living here. The management was unhelpful, responses felt scripted, and there was no empathy when I had concerns. After moving out, I was hit with nearly $2,000 in charges that I believe were completely unjustified. The amenities also didn’t live up to the hype—the pool was far too small for the number of residents, and in my experience it only got direct sunlight for a couple of hours each day, making it far less enjoyable... than advertised. I’ve lived at lark for the past 3 years and have had nothing but positive experiences, both with the staff and the other residents. Would recommend to anyone looking to live close to the USF campus that is also looking for a modern,nice, and quiet place to live on.

This place finds anyway to nickle and dime you. Regardless of the reviews i seen i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Listen to those reviews, the place might be nice but management is rude. The property manager spoke to me in a manner i have never been spoken to before and didn’t listen to what i had to say even though i was a resident. The front desk will tell you one thing and another thing will happen. The management is extremely rude and will threaten you of being in”breach” of... your housing agreement but then tell you you’re not allowed to break your lease when you no longer want to live there.
