M South is a wonderful place to live. Maintenance is addressed in a timely manner and is always completed by the nicest staff. The office team is friendly and welcoming and are eager to help.

My experience here so far is that it’s comfortable and welcoming to everyone who moves in. I moved here from California and I was nervous and scared about new environments but the employees were nice and kind to me and my husband and answered all the questions we asked. Here at M South you don’t have to worry about any one stealing your personal belongings or being harmed in anyway it’s safe and it’s cool here.
