Such a sucky apartment, they want to charge you for anything and everything yet you can never get ahold of anyone . Not via email, phone, or in person ( office always seems to be closed) you can never reach management and maintenance is rude . Their communication sucks when you do get a hold of anyone. The parking lot is always dirty and there is not enough parking for visitors . Where do you expect people to park ? I would completely understand the towing system if you are a high end apartment… but not here. It’s good to have a roof over your head and if you can’t find somewhere else but i do not recommend it. this place is the epitome of unprofessional and scammish I was approved for a 2 bd almost a month ago for the month of April, they were first prompt with calling and letting me know I was approved and to bring $1000 security deposit. but now this is my 3rd week calling trying to get a manager or someone in charge on the phone but they’re alwayssss in a meeting and leaves it to this timid young lady Selena that knows or portray like she don’t know what’s going on. And she went from it will be… available mid March to the first week in April, To they’re not sure when in April it will be available. Thankfully I’ve record every message and kept every receipt. Didn’t want to do their job. Lazy and aggressive tone. When they did finally answer the phone, they contrasted listed availability here and said they had nothing. When I asked about a waiting list they hung up on me.

I am a tenant of this condo, the situations are not resolved here by the office staff. Starting with Claudia, there are mistreatments, bad communication, deception, the application is made where you have to pay for it and they do not let you see the apartment until you are approved. I am still waiting for the ceiling lamps in my apartment to be put in the bedrooms and living room and they still do not give me answers, that currently I do not have light in that place. Where they told me they were… going to put them. Exactly today at 8:37 am I go to the office to get information and they did not open the door, they answered me by phone. Every day there is more lie about my situation, they only know how to say that the construction personnel who were hired to build the apartments do not give the answer and they are responsible, according to the manager of the condominium sends a message and they do not respond. I keep waiting for them to solve my situation but I warn all those who are interested in this condominium how this group of workers works, very lousy, there is no ethicsaaaaaaaa.
