DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I strongly advise anyone to avoid living at Parc Place Villas.

This complex has serious mold problems, frequent sewer backups that flood the kitchen and bathroom, the windows don’t close properly and roach infestations.

The gym is being used as storage, smells bad, and is poorly maintained. They will even tow your car if you park backwards, and maintenance has entered apartments without knocking, which is extremely concerning.

The biggest issue has been the security deposit. When moving out,... they ask you to sign a form with your forwarding address so they can mail your deposit. However, after moving out on September 30, 2025, When I called after a month, I was told I had to return to the office to sign another form just so they could print the check. I still have not received my deposit as of March 11, 2026.

The office staff’s level of incompetence is concerning. They also kept a $70 gate key deposit transferred from the previous owners for a gate that never worked.

Between the mold, sewer problems, roaches, windows that don’t close properly, poor management, and failure to return deposits, this was an extremely negative experience.
