Manager and Maintenance absolutely Awesome!!

Natalie the property manager truly cares about her tenants!! She is by far the best manager I have dealt with when it comes to apartment complexes. She has heart and passion for this position!!! Excellent person that treats you more than just a number!! Mauricio the maintenance guy is outstanding and is one of the best I have seen. He is extremely hardworking and truly cares about helping people!! Thank you both for making my transition smoother!!!

Cars get vandalized

I lived here for a year and this place is not cheap there amenities I’ve never used once example the washer and dryer is one little washer and dryer in a room the Pool is just for decorations the “gated” apartment is always open and the basket court never even seen it. There is no security car gotten scratched and vandalized twice with different cars. Maintenance is no good the maintenance man I very helpful but the office doesn’t give him anything he need to be able to complete his work. Had… a leaking roof for a week there was black mold and they just splatted some stuff.

Bad Experience

Do not move here. Within the very few months I reside at Regency square there were nothing but one false complaint after another. the head maintenance guy makes up false lies about the tenants he doesn't like and point the finger at other residents. If you want to live in a place where the staff is always following/watching you and your guest then this is the place for you. Multiple tenants and former employees a moved out or been forced out because of Leo and his false reports. We moved because… of this and its basically the resident's word against his. This would have been a great place to live if the maintenance guy didn't harass the tenants. personally I felt as though certain staff (Leo) was able to access the resident's personal information; he knew more than he should. Every time there was new office staff he made new complaints. Nice apartments but the maintenance guy was NASTY!

Maintenance staff does not have access to tenant's personal information. If the tenant was having an issue with a staff members there are multiple ways they can reach someone in senior management. I have reviewed our move in and move outs and we… have not has a tenant that was only a resident for a couple of months. On top of that the only tenant that left in less than six months was due to a personal issue. As far as staff goes again maintenance has no say in staffing matters.

DONT MOVE HERE

DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS SAVE YOU MONEY AND TIME.. Property manager and maintence people here aren't good atall the only thing I liked about the apartments is the space everything breaks down in the apartment me workorders are never met and property manager yells at tenants

Sad when a tenant uses the internet to be retaliatory for a property manager doing their job and the failure of the tenant to meet their obligations. The information contained in this posting is inaccurate and incomplete. We strive to meet all of… our tenants needs. There are numerous avenues available to any tenant that is having issues in order to obtain a solution, if the choose to pursue a resolution to their issues.

Regency square

It's pretty nice one bedroom is a good size love the patio and quite place to stay.Neighborhood is friendly even I didn't expect it to be so quite in this neighborhood.Its right across from a elementary school. And the price is very affordable.
