Safe

We’ve lived at Revere Landings for seven years and am very satisfied. The management is responsive and caring, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community is always well-maintained and beautiful. It’s peaceful, close to everything in Tampa, and truly feels like home. I plan to stay here for many more years.

Quiet, Spacious, and Conveniently Located

I lived at Revere Landings for two years and really enjoyed my time there. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and my unit was surprisingly spacious for the price. The location is excellent. You get quick access to the university, and you can hop on I-275 and be downtown in just a few minutes. The staff were always helpful and friendly whenever I needed anything, and I always felt safe and secure on the property. Definitely a great option if you're looking for an apartment in TT with access… to greater Tampa.

Roaches, Rude staff, shady area

Roaches, roaches, roaches. I'm not talking about 1 or 2 roaches here and there. This place is superbly infested with them and they will not tell you about them before you move in. Ask the previous tenants of the apartment you're supposed to be moving into if they have roaches or not. Not only that, but the leasing office staff are very rude. They write rude messages on the rent notices like the tenants are children and they text you about punishments for breaking rules like we are in elementary… school or something. If they won't let you see the apartment before moving in do not move in. The area is also very shady and the street to turn into the complex is very busy so you're going to have a hard time getting into the complex. There have been several car accidents right at the entrance to the complex due to no visibility when leaving out of the entrance next to the leasing office. The gym consists of 6 pedal powered bike machines. Happy to be away from this place.

Deceptive and dishonest

Scheduled 2 appointments to tour and apply for my lease. Both times they lied about their availabilities. They delayed my appointment by 1 hour then told me the unit was no longer available then I had to pay to cash my own money orders. Don't waste your time.

My living space

My apartment is a two bedroom, one bathroom. It is in a gated complex surrounded by a lots of restaurants and small shops. It is not in the best of areas, however my children and I are great full to have a place to call our own . I have always worked and taken care of my responsibilities, however 2 years ago I was diagnosed with acute progressive MS so after not being able to function as I was used to, my children and I have been living all over the place. Finally we got our own at the Revere… . It is not bad, there are some things that could be better but overall we have a place to call our own. I would love to win the rent for life which would guarantee me shelter for me and my children, and I wish we could get a 3 bedroom but they don't have those and other places were to expensive.If I were to win I would move and get the three bedrooms with two baths that I need. I hope this contest helps someone who really needs it.
