Great Staff
Being new to the area, I wasn’t sure about the community. But after talking to the staff, Mike answered all my questions and concerns. When I enjoyed most of the peace and quiet when I was here. Would recommend this place to whoever started thinking about moving in.

Floors are thin
The floors are thin and my upstairs neighbor is loud. Left messages with office and no response. Plan to move.

Unprofessional
The property manager is extremely unprofessional. This place only really cares about taking your money. Be prepared to be ignored a lot.

Avoid at all costs
I would rather pitch a tent outside than step foot on this property again. Crumbling buildings, bad repair jobs, and your five million roach roommates make this place not ideal. Mold and fungus growing constantly around walls and floors, and appliances that never work correctly. They converted two of their "pools" into garbage pits; the third by the office is never open. Even if you manage to score a halfway liveable apartment, you probably will be harassed by your neighbors getting constantly... robbed or the cops resolving domestic disputes at least once a week.
