After my third attempt to apply for an apartment, I’ve decided to move on and look elsewhere. Three separate times I went to the front office during posted business hours, and each time the office was closed. Every visit required me to use my lunch break, so this ended up being a significant waste of my time.
This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially because it was completely different from the positive experience I had here previously. If the office hours have... changed or staffing is limited, that information should be communicated clearly to prospective residents. Unfortunately, the lack of availability and communication made it impossible for me to move forward with the application process.

No more coin laundry
Ngl the washer dryer hookups in our unit have saved us so much money over the past two years. my roomie and I don't have to deal with that coin laundry nonsense

Been here a year, love the basketball court
Just renewed for another year and honestly the basketball court was a big factor in staying. It's well maintained, lights stay on til decent hours, and there's almost always a pickup game going which has been great for meeting neighbors. The rest of the property is solid too, maintenance is quick to respond and the office staff actually knows your name after a while. My unit stays quiet at night and I've had zero issues with pests or appliances. Overall it's been a really good experience and I'd... recommend the place to anyone looking for an active community vibe.
