TERRIBLE DO NOT RENT HERE
I put in a maintenance request over the weekend and was told it was a non emergency due to it not being 80 degrees outside (regardless of the inside temp). I also informed the maintenance guy that we have wasps on our porch and are unable to open our doors to cool down the home. Now I did my best to be patient and understand that it was the weekend and we did what we could to cool the house down (no cooking, lights off, fans on) Maintenance came the next morning and got the AC working again but... in the night it sparked and popped ( a FIRE HAZARD but no concern about that) and went off again. I put in a maintenance request this morning before work and NO ONE came all day. I got home and my house is 80 degrees inside current outside temp is 79 degrees and not 80 ( I took a screenshot with a timestamp since the maintenance guy decided he wanted to argue about it saying it was only 75 despite the fact that I was literally looking at the temp while on the phone ). We were told we have to wait the night out again with no ac EVEN THOUGH I put a request in first thing in the morning.
