The Morrison

We loved the Morrison. We lived here for a little over a year and had to leave because my husband got a new job. With that being said, the Morrison is my favorite apartment we’ve ever lived in. It felt super safe, and the location was outstanding! Right in the heart of Tampa with some of the best nightlife and food within a 3 minute walk from your door! Also great for my pets. Very easy to walk them with doggy bag stations within every 50 paces.

The fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night multiple times in one night and several times throughout the year. It’s disruptive to residents sleep and an extreme safety hazard - no one exits the building anymore because it happens so often no one knows if it is a real or false alarm. We have asked this to be addressed and we get the same response every time that they are “looking into it.” I appreciate that but with how often this occurs it needs to be escalated. Be warned

I've lived in a few different apartments for employment purposes. New cities, new people, and new environments - it's always different each time. The number of restaurants and bars is the SOHO area's beauty - a great place to make friends. The location of the apartments is within 5 minutes from Downtown Tampa, 10 Minutes to the International Mall - like how could I complain?! The apartment is quiet, the people are friendly, and it's smaller than other places I've lived. I think an upgrade or two... would benefit lockers for packages and EV charging stations. I want a Tesla, but afraid it'll die without charging it. Other than that, Paul is fantastic - quick and reliable. Alyssa is transparent when she speaks to you and is honest, with no sugar coating.
