Termites & Unresponsive Management

Management is failing an otherwise wonderful property.

Great location, concrete building, efficient unit layouts with spacious patios/balconies, beautiful pool, nice neighbors... With a rampant termite infestation and unresponsive management team.

Living here is a battle, made worse by the fact that it could be great with basic maintenance.

Icemaker problems

My icemaker went out 3 months ago. Was told at that time there was a problem with the manufacturer and it was on back order. Since then I ask for updates and there is NO communication. I asked them to replace the refrigerator. NO communication. It is a great place to live but absolutely NO customer service from the manager

Good Place to live

I have lived here a little over a year now, and love living here! First off, I love the concrete walls - almost no noise through apartments! It is great having wood floors and upgraded appliances through the unit making it feel more modern. All of my neighbors are very nice. This is a great place to live being in the SoHo area without the headache of living near Howard, or right off Kennedy. Having the pool on site is also very nice to have, especially since it is always kept clean! Maintenance… usually fixes anything I need looked at within a day or so. I would recommend living here.
