Staff and maintenance are truly the worst. I’ve had water damage for three weeks and no one has spoken to me about fixing it. Someone told me twice they would come by and fix it, he never did, and now I’m being ignored. I requested a window be fixed before a hurricane, as it lets in water and gets my carpet soaking wet, ruins the walls, and water drips down into an outlet. That’s never been fixed. I’ve been waiting for that for 3 weeks as well. I’ve tried messaging maintenance every single day... for the past week and I’m simply ignored. Absolutely pathetic place to live.

If you are tired of picking up after your own pet, live here. They do not enforce the pet waste cleanup and if there is any waste, management says it is not their job to clean it up. So waste just piles up. Lovely site in the morning and returning from work. Always fun to see how many new waste piles their are.

Property WAS decent. Property has gone completely down hill the last 2 years I have lived here. There is trash and duck poop everywhere. They do not keep up with the property grounds. The gym is completely outdated just like the apartments. The apartments are moldy and smelly and they do not renovate anything, for the price you'd they attempt to complete some renovations. The best part about the thousands of dollars you pay a month EVERY summer they shut the pool down for repairs when they know... in the winter time that the pool needs repairs. It will be shut down for weeks right before big holidays (4th of july/ labor day) for servicing but yet there is NEVER anyone out there servicing the pool! and they always have some excuse as to why its shut down. A total joke and slap in the face to faithful renters who are paying thousands of dollars.
