Amazing place. Many amenities. Close to USF and all shops, restaurants, and services that we visit everyday. Even though it’s in a perfect location, close to everything, it still manages to be very silent and peaceful. Great staff, everyone is extremely kind and willing to help as much as possible.

I like living here at Hunters Lake. I feel safe. Also the maintenance guys are always great about fixing things quickly. They are kind and respectful (Eric and Jesus are the 2 that have come to do any repairs. It’s important to have good maintenance staff. I’ve lived elsewhere where that wasn’t the case. So I appreciate all their help.
