Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old to check-in. Smoking or vaping inside the rental will result in a $250 penalty, and parties are not allowed. Pets are not permitted, except for service dogs. A maximum of five people are allowed in the rental at any time. Please do not park on the street, and if you need to arrange a third parking spot, let us know in advance. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, and we do not issue refunds for such disturbances. The resort fee covers up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. Guests may be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver.
