Living

The apartments are very nice being a 1st resident after remodeling but still had a lot of problems that they never inspected before we moved in so the maintenance guy was over numerous times. There is not security 2 or 3 peoples car got stolen by people who don't live there even it is gated and only ONE CAMERA WORKS. Pepole come in blaring there music all hours 24/7 nothing is done no one cares some people who live here are disrespectful to others by doing that and yelling at each other. Parking... is tight. Pepole park in the middle of the road in the way of EVERYONE . Only 1 laundromat 3 washers 3 dryers between 60 residents. Our one neighbor yelled and you could hear it through the walls all hours we complained and NOTHING WAS DONE. This place also has bugs even though they said they spary. They inspect apartments for insurance purposes and only give you like a day notice and when we moved out they was trying to show our apartment while we lived there and with covid. But these apartments are really nice if they fixed everything I said. And don't forget it's hard to pay for this place due to no good paying jobs in Titusville

Nothing works/infesfation

Hot water is sporadic. Three leaks right away. No A/C for first two weeks. Ants, palmetto, and larva upon arrival. TIGHT parking, and worse drivers. Constant strays and raccoons fornicating all hours of the night too. Everything else is ??

No Regrets

I moved from 2 hours away and picked this property solely from the pictures. What really clenched it for me was Jacqueline. She was super helpful and took care of every concern I had. I actually signed my lease before I even seen the place in person and it was a great decision. It has been a month and I am so far happy. The property is super quiet and looks really safe. I love the large trees and my dogs love the large yard area and the play yard. The apartment is spacious and beautifully... redone with tons of storage space. I also like that I have my own area in front to make my own as well as out back. This place will make this move to such a new area for me much more easier.
