Zero stars if I could.
The complex is riddled with deviants and drug dealers. The property manager (actually, just a rent taker) says that everyone despite criminal history deserves a second chance. Meanwhile, she turns a blind eye to rule after rule is being broken and drug deals are going down in broad daylight in front of the main building. (No kidding, I just watched it happen).
She's too scared to enforce her own rules because she'd rather be liked, or she's in on whatever is going down.
If you show her actual... evidence of what is happening on property, she will actually tell you that she doesn't know what to do. But, keep letting her know about it.

Wouldve left if i wasnt in a lease.
This place has alot of potenial. But noone does anything about it. Id rather pay the extra money to stay in the ones next door....
