There is a living room theater, 3 smart TVs (65", 60" & 32") and a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen features an electric stovetop and double oven, a refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee grinder, an electric tea kettle, a blender, a hand mixer, a slow cooker and a coffee station with Cafe Specialty drip coffee maker (Starbucks coffee/tea and add-ins provided). Cooking basics, spices, bakeware, storage containers, non-stick pots and pans, dishware, prep knives and culinary utensils, trash bags and paper towels and a dish cleaning starter kit are all provided. The house also features a washer and dryer, iron/board, central AC and heating, ceiling fans, linens, bath and beach towels, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, keyless entry and bedside reading lights.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Professional photo or film shoots are not permitted without prior approval. All overnight guests must be included in the reservation. There are 3 exterior security cameras; 1 camera is located under the carport, the 2nd camera is a doorbell device facing the front driveway, and a 3rd camera monitors the side of the house facing the street. All cameras record video and sound when activated by motion, are outward facing, and do not look toward interior spaces or the backyard and patio areas.
