Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Be considerate of neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure.
