We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. During inclement weather, we do not advise using the pool, which is serviced weekly. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There are cameras outside for security purposes, none pointing to the pool area. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. Number of cars on property at any given time should never exceed 2. Please respect the neighborhood and keep excessive noise to a minimum during late hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle.
