There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property. Check-out time is 10 AM. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. Please do not park inside the garage for ANY reason. Be considerate of our neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
