If the BBQ gas grill or kitchen oven is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard after use, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted. Unauthorized guests will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. No music is allowed outside from 8 pm to 8 am, and disturbances may lead to immediate removal without a refund.
