Outdoor music must be kept low and must end by 8:00 PM. Music or amplified sound should not be audible beyond the front gate. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and will result in a $500 fine if violated. Guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ gas grill and kitchen oven after each use and before check-out; if not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted. There is a minimum age requirement of 30 y/o to be able to book the property. Prior written authorization is required for any visitors not listed on the reservation as registered guests. After midnight, any additional person present will be considered an overnight guest unless previously approved.
