The backyard features a six-person hot tub, tiki bar, grill, outdoor shower, large outdoor seating set with a firepit, fruit trees (mangoes, limes, coconuts), additional outdoor seating areas, and outdoor games such as Cornhole and Jenga.
This property is pet-friendly, with a maximum of two pets allowed for a fee of $100 per pet.
The neighborhood offers incredible access to a park just three houses away, where you can launch a kayak or relax on the small beach along the Intercoastal Waterway.
