Bella Lago Vista Apartments

If you can get an apartment facing the lake, based on availability, I recommend you do so. You won't regret it. The property is well maintained and quiet. The laundry room has had a complete makeover with plenty of brand new washers and dryers. The pool leaves you feeling like you're at a resort. I highly you make this your next residence, you won't be disappointed. The staff is extremely responsive and accommodating, they are truly easy to work with.

Living here is affordable, the scenery is breathtaking. Location makes access to the city easy and convenient. The environment is clean and beautiful.

I am very pleased with my unit here at Bella Lago, the amenities here are incredible. Great neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful area.

The apartments are decent. The location is good. The price is cheaper than most places. The laundry facility is not good and needs repairs. The hot tub will be broken for months. It took 4 months to replace my hot water heater. It's almost impossible to get in touch with someone to address issues. Unless you refuse to pay your rent. Then they'll contact you. The location and price are the best features. Everything else is eh.

I have been here for almost a year, it’s very quiet, clean, maintained, maintenance respond quickly to fix issues, and I haven’t had any problems since living here.
