I loved living here

I can to this building almost 6 years ago and I have loved being part of this community. Sunni, Anna, John, Sal, Jonathan and Ralph made this home. The amenities are well maintained and the property is beautiful whenever I needed service the team was on it. It feels like family

Great place to live downtown

Great Place to Live

I absolutely love living at Griffis North Olive! The community feels safe and well-maintained, and I really appreciate knowing that my belongings are secure. The location is also very convenient and reasonably walkable to the downtown area, which makes getting out and enjoying the neighborhood easy.

What really stands out, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. They genuinely make you feel welcomed and taken care of.

Overall, I’m… very happy to call Griffis North Olive home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, convenient, and welcoming community!

A Fantastic Place to Call Home ?

I had a wonderful experience living at Griffis North Olive for the past year and a half. The location is hard to beat, right in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, with great restaurants, coffee shops, the waterfront, and everything you need within walking distance.

The property is always well maintained, and the amenities are excellent. What really made the difference, though, was the management and maintenance team. They were always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I… needed assistance.

My move-out experience was just as smooth as my move-in, which says a lot about how well the property is managed. I truly enjoyed my time here and have many great memories. I would highly recommend Griffis North Olive to anyone looking for a great place to live in West Palm Beach.

Best management staff in Downtown, West Palm Beach

They have the BEST management staff in the area, they are professionals, friendly and problem solvers. The building has great amenities and most importantly they are dog friendly
