A Fantastic Place to Call Home ?

I had a wonderful experience living at Griffis North Olive for the past year and a half. The location is hard to beat, right in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, with great restaurants, coffee shops, the waterfront, and everything you need within walking distance.

The property is always well maintained, and the amenities are excellent. What really made the difference, though, was the management and maintenance team. They were always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I... needed assistance.

My move-out experience was just as smooth as my move-in, which says a lot about how well the property is managed. I truly enjoyed my time here and have many great memories. I would highly recommend Griffis North Olive to anyone looking for a great place to live in West Palm Beach.

Best management staff in Downtown, West Palm Beach

They have the BEST management staff in the area, they are professionals, friendly and problem solvers. The building has great amenities and most importantly they are dog friendly
The best location in downtown!

I love this property!

Professional and caring staff from maintenance to leasing office, you can expect awesome service. There are newer properties that just opened up, but how is your living experience going to be? At Loftin, it's already proven!

Avoid at ALL COSTS

The framework of the building was in poor condition, with many cracks in the walls and ceilings. This made me concerned about the overall structural integrity of the building. The appliances were constantly breaking down. The refrigerator stopped working, the oven would not heat up properly, and the dishwasher would leak all over the floor. It was a constant headache trying to get these issues resolved, and it seemed like every week there was something new that needed to be fixed. I hated living... here, and you should really reconsider your choice in doing so.

Not worth it

I lived in an here about a year ago and had a terrible experience. The management was completely inconsiderate of the residents and seemed to only care about making money. It was clear that they had little interest in improving the living experience of the tenants. The apartment was also plagued with bugs. No matter how much I cleaned and sprayed, I could never seem to get rid of them.
