Beautiful Locklyn

We received the keys to our new apartment on February 13th and could not be happier! Moving in was a breeze. Evelyn and Samantha are very helpful, answering our questions and setting up a preferred parking space for us. The apartment complex is beautiful, clean and ver well kept. BEST DECISION EVER!!

Great community

Coming up on our 1 year anniversary at Locklyn west palm and just resigned for another year. Apartments and the complex itself are clean and well maintained. The amenities are amazing and we love the staff from the maintenance guys, and the lovely leasing agents in the office. Sam and the girls are always going out of their way for everyone in the neighbourhood including themed events, and any random requests we have.

Love my new home!

I moved in a week ago & it went absolutely seamless! Romaine made sure my aparment was spotless & in mint condition! She has more than met my expectations as a property manager!

When I arrived on Sunday to pick up my keys I was welcomed by Evelyn. Besides being warm and very professional, she took the time to go over their booklet so I would know the "lay of the land."

I would highly recommend the Locklyn West Palm Beach if you are looking for a beautiful unit, excellent location & amazing… amenities!

Rules are not consistent

Rules are not enforced,
Trash valet is expensive and not optional
Overall expensive versus other locations
Management does not return phone calls; you must stop at the office and literally stand in their space to be acknowledged.

Would not recommend.

There are plenty other associations within the area. Go and seek those places.
