I’ve had a very positive experience living at Melrose Apartments. The apartment is spacious, beautifully remodeled, and comfortable, with a modern layout that makes it feel welcoming and easy to call home.

Spacious and well maintained apartments
I've really enjoyed living at Melrose Apartments. The community is quiet, clean, and well maintained, and the location is very convenient with easy access to major roads. The apartment is spacious and have updated finishes, which made it feel like home from the beginning.

Good location and well maintained
Living at Melrose Apartments in West Palm Beach has been a positive experience. The location is central and makes it easy to get around the city. The apartments are well kept, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes day-to-day living smoother

I went to look at the apartments there, but they were full. The lady Kellys was very kind enough to take my name and number if something should come available and showed me around. The grounds were very tidy and the gym was nice. Also, the apartments have high ceilings which is a plus. The floor plan was accommodating for my family. Let's keep our fingers crossed someone leaves, but I am not sure why they would. Thank you Kelly's for speaking with us today.
