    Verified Renter

    Residents play loud music at all hours of the day/night. Trash pick up doesn’t come on scheduled days, residents let their dogs deffacate on the sidewalk and don’t pick it up. Cars will sit in the parking lot for weeks at a time, not moving. Also no resident sticker, so they probably don’t live here. There isn’t enough parking and people park on the curb and block you in. Kids playing in the tennis courts with bikes, basketballs, yelling and screaming.
