I have lived in this complex for one year and it is infested with bugs. I've addressed this issue with the management (every month for the past 6-8 months) and they simply chose to ignore the issues I have experienced.

Today alone, I have found over 50 dead bugs on my windowsill.

To say this is luxury living is simply false. Renters BEWARE!

I have lived here since May of 2018 and absolutely LOVE it. Almost every month they host an event which really helps with meeting our neighbors. The staff is super helpful and very attentive. Although I don't have a dog (I am a cat person) I like that they have special parks for them...it shows that they really care about our extended pet families. I love my apartment which is bigger than most houses that I was considering renting!

We have lived here 7 months and have so many complaints. It’s been terrible. Noisy neighbors have really been the least of our worries although they frequently wake our small children up throughout the night. Dogs pee inside the inclosed hallways and on sidewalks which is then left unattended for weeks. So many restrictions that we feel like we are living in lockdown at times. Such as next week managers have placed higher priority on a professional photo shoot of the property than on the comfort... of those who call this home. For 2 days residents will no be allowed to parking in almost half the complex and all amenities are closed so pictures can be taken of the property. Poolside apartments have to turn on certain lights and turn blinds a certain way in order to comply with outrageous requests for the said photo shoot. If you park in a non designated area or do not comply with their rules they will enter your home to turn on lights or fix blinds to their liking and also your car will be towed at your expense and any damage that happens to your vehicle in the process is also at your cost. Unless you like to like in a super controlled and superficial environment I suggest you not come live here. We are counting down the days to the end of our lease. I have emailed this community twice within 4 weeks. Never a response. I went on a Sunday to get a tour and potentially sign for a place. I walked in, there was one person working who was helping someone and a family waiting in the lobby. He gave a semi-disgusted look, told us he was going to be a few minutes with the current person and that the family was next and said “sooo.....” as if that was an invitation for us to leave. I get the sense from this place they either don’t care about getting... business or people are ignoring their service flaws and rudeness and applying regardless.
