Welcome to your perfect Orlando base, a bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo designed with families and small groups in mind. Whether you're relaxing after a theme park day or enjoying a quiet morning on the balcony, this home has everything you need. The condo features three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms with four total beds, including a Star Wars-themed bunk room that’s a hit with younger guests, and a primary suite with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a tub. Enjoy fresh linens, cozy bedding, and ample closet space. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and cookware, while smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi provide entertainment or remote work options. Central air conditioning ensures year-round comfort, and there's an indoor dining area plus a furnished private balcony for outdoor meals or evening drinks.
To keep everyone safe and comfortable, only one pet up to 40 lbs is allowed. A pet fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made and the pet is disclosed. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 and a Highchair for $40, both as a one-time fee.
Palisades Condominium is right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots, and entertainment. Nearby family attractions include Walt Disney World, just 4 miles away, Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Disney Springs, all within a short drive. Other destinations like SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and Orlando International Airport are also easily accessible. Local dining options include Breezes Restaurant & Bar, Bonefish Grill, Tradewinds Restaurant, and Chuy's, all within a few miles.
ID verification may be required after booking to ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests. The resort hot tub heating service is currently out of service. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate large breeds like Rottweilers or German Shepherds. If you're bringing a pet, please share the breed and weight with us in advance. SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection.
