The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with high-end stainless steel appliances, including a deep double sink, full-sized fridge/freezer combo, and large capacity dishwasher. Granite countertops provide ample space for cooking, and there's a dining table for family meals. For guests bringing a pet, a fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made and the pet is disclosed. Nearby family attractions include Walt Disney World at 5.7 miles, Disney's Animal Kingdom at 7.6 miles, Hollywood Studios at 9.6 miles, and Epcot at 10 miles. The building amenities, including the outdoor community pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, fitness center, and meeting rooms, are open from 8am to 10pm year-round. Free parking is available in the lot underneath the building on a first-come, first-served basis, with a height restriction of 7.5 feet. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles. The condo is accessible via hallways with wide clearance and two elevators.
