The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private patio entrance, while the third bedroom features two double beds. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and high-speed internet access. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, a deep double sink, a full-sized fridge/freezer combo, and a large capacity dishwasher. There's ample room for cooking on the granite countertops and plenty of cupboard space. The suite also includes a family dining table and elevated kitchen bar seating.
A pet fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made and the pet is disclosed. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 7:00. Events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, with the risk of a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late check-outs will incur a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves and their pets, with large messes resulting in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home. Complimentary access to building amenities is available from 8am to 10pm year-round. Free parking is available in the lot underneath the building on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a height restriction of 7.5 feet.
