Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of the full deposit. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home. Guests have complimentary access to the condo's amenities open from 8am to 10pm, year-round. As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 7:00.
