Parking is free in the lot underneath the building, but it is on a first-come, first-serve basis with a height restriction of 7.5 feet. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles. A pet fee of $99 will be added at the time of booking if a pet is included in the reservation. We offer a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 and a Highchair for $40, both as one-time fees.

Only one pet up to 40 lbs is allowed, and large breeds like Rottweilers or German Shepherds cannot be accommodated. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, with the risk of a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 7:00.
