The resort hot tub heating service is currently out of service, and the dryer is also out of order, with maintenance working to fix the issue. To ensure a safe experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking. Only one pet up to 40 lbs is allowed, and large breeds like Rottweilers or German Shepherds cannot be accommodated. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited, with the risk of a fine and/or loss of the full deposit. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 7:00. Late check-outs will incur a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee, and firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home.
SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection.
