Great location. Good staff. Communication has improved with new staff but there is room for improvement. Cleaning crew is excellent. Pets are allowed but few owners allow their dog to poop wherever and not pick it up. Management sends out letters but it still continues.

I have been a resident for 4 yrs and up until the last month, I have been satisfied here. However, recent events have changed my response. First and foremost, today I was “served” an unwarranted legal notice about having an alleged unauthorized pet. I have no such thing. I have never had a pet anywhere near my unit. Making this even more absurd is the fact that during the last thirty days, including today, I have had numerous apartment personnel in the unit (sometimes without any one else... home) tending to numerous emergency repairs to plumbing fixtures in both bathrooms and maintenance work orders on the fire alarms in all of the rooms. Certainly they can testify to the fact there are no “pets” in the unit. They did no fact checking on this allegation and just tossed a “you are on notice” at us and then hurriedly walked away. Management needs to let tenants know the trash rules. Trash out all day and night, even on non trash pickup days. Smells the hallway bad. Send out the trash rules, with threat of fines, like you fined me a couple years ago. This would be a much better message to send out on lively, than “what’s your favorite flower” or desert, or hobby, or the ones that are sent out now.

Nice enough apartments but seem somewhat outdated. Grounds are littered with abandoned bicycles and vehicles that haven’t moved in months. Also people park in the complex who don’t live here. Parking lot is used by the Disney college program participants.

Overall nice area, however the property does not manage parking and nearby college housing parks all over the property leaving limited parking for residence. The good parking is "reserved" which means you have to pay for those spaces. Maintenance team is great however, leasing team is just ok. Poor communication, hard to reach, no one answers the phone. I'm surprised anyone is even here since they do not call anyone back your best bet is to not have anything time sensitive come up so you can... just email and wait for a response. Also be prepared to always have someone in your apartment. This complex has more inspections then anyone complex I have ever been to. I mean literally every quarter. It would be nice to just bring everyone/ every team in and do it once a year or one month a year. Lots of the listed items are no longer offered. Like the digital thermostat.
