Calibre Bend Apartments

My son moved into this property and he LOVES it. The staff is great, the property is really clean and the apartments have all of these extra shelves that make them really homey. We love it.

I reached out to Calibre Bend multiple times over the course of several days with a very simple question about floor plan availability. Despite being polite and clear, I was never given a straight answer — just repeated auto-responses and vague replies that didn’t actually address what I asked.

I was specifically inquiring about a particular 1-bedroom layout (Breaker Upstairs) and a potential move-in date in the fall. After five days and several follow-ups, I still couldn’t get a yes or no.… Each time, the responses seemed automated or completely disconnected from what I had asked.

This kind of communication breakdown during the leasing process is a red flag. If this is how they treat people before signing a lease, I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get clear answers or timely help after moving in.

We arrived here to stay for a few months until we buy our own place. We liked it so much that we ended up staying for three years. I know the rent is going up, but it's still cheaper than other places that don't even come close to Caliber Bend. I could list all the good things, but there's no need. I will only say that the safety of the place, hospitality, quality of life inside and outside the apartments, location, are on the list; and more, much more. I live in Calibre apartments for almost 3 years and I highly recommend this place. Quiet, clean and well maintained property. The team is wonderful. Sammy and Jose work so hard to keep the sparkling. Janice is a very competent young woman that manage the CBA very well. We have so complaints.
