This a great place for a safe and quiet environment. The management is excellent and always responds quickly to any concerns. There has been no crime since I moved here 2 years ago. Great area, close to everything and a city bus stop right out front. Small pets allowed. A great community for adults or a small family.

Sedgefield Apartment Complex is a small community of mostly one story apartments with occasional two story town houses. Every apartment has it's own private entry guarded by a locking metal screen portcullis. Each apartment has sky lights and ceiling fans and an outside personal garden area. Apartment sizes range from studio to four bedroom apartments. Many residents... have resided here for twenty years or more and the landlady Lois has lived on site for over twenty years. The maintenance crew have all worked here 12 years and more. There is a laundry room and sparkling pool and the Lynx bus route stops right out front on U.S. Route 436, which leads right to the Orlando International Airport. Close by access to shopping, UCF, Full Sail University, Herzing University, downtown Orlando and all the Florida attractions makes Sedgefield Apartments at Winter Park the ideal home for scholastic college students, families and older retired people alike. The rents are very reasonable for this area. Front porch areas at Sedgefield Circle are all unique and picturesque; and since I love the world of J.R.R.
