Solis at Winter Park

Solis at Winter Park FL. I recently went there to visit my son and was shocked at the run down condition at the apartment complex. There are several dead trees throughout the parking lots that are decayed and ready to fall down. I saw rodents in the corridors between apartments eating tenant’s trash. The picnic table at the grill area is rusting and has holes in it, get a tetanus shot. There are missing cement pavers by the pool missing, a trip hazard. In general the property is run down and… dirty, landscaping is atrocious. Living here has been a nightmare. The complex is filthy and mismanaged — rodents in the halls, trash left out for days, and marijuana odor constantly leaking into my unit. I’ve filed multiple complaints and nothing has been resolved.

The amenities are a joke: the hot tub’s broken, the pool is dirty, there are three lounge chairs for 500+ residents, and dangerous issues like sunken bricks, deteriorating benches and dead trees are completely ignored. Dog waste is EVERYWHERE. Razor blades, drug… paraphernalia, alcohol bottles and bullet casings have all been found in the parking lot.

The internet — which we’re forced to use — is constantly down. I work from home and have had to use my mobile hotspot for months because they won’t fix it.

Management is unresponsive. I’ve followed up multiple times, even escalated to corporate (ZRS), and still no action. If you value your health, safety, or sanity — stay far away from this place. Read More

This place is disgusting and easily the worst community I’ve ever lived in. DO NOT believe the fake and/or sophomoric reviews left here for Solis at Winter Park. The later are left by folks either just moving in or who have only been by for a tour.

Between the endless garbage floating around the property feasted on by rodents, to the roaches climbing their way into each of the units, I felt compelled to write this review to you avoid the same mistake I made when signing a lease for an apartment… here.

The management office is run worse than a budget airline, who will nickel and diming you just the same. The staff would rather hang up on you and or cancel your maintenance requests, rather than address the concerns you have over for the place you’re supposed to be calling home.

Finding a clean and safe apartment in Winter Park isn’t hard, but that apartment is certainly not at Solis at Winter Park.

And I absolutely will not being reaching out to raise these issues further as that has been attempted many times before. I am a parent saying steer clear. There are plenty of other apartment complexes for college students in Winter Park. The leasing office is HORRIBLE! They don't care about you, never return calls, and lie lie lie. Read other reviews too. I'm not the only one...
