Have been in this community for three years and love it. management is super attentive and the community is in a great location. They often do community events for residents and they take good care of the apartments and community

We've been with this complex for around 3 years now and while getting in contact with the front office through the phone is an issue sometimes, they are attentive and the maintenance handles issues super fast.

Let me just say that my experience living at the Avenues has been amazing so far, from the comfortable space I. My apartment , to the spacious facility and awesome amenities such as the pool, walking areas , kids park , tennis court and so much more, I feel safe and comfortable living here and it’s been great.

Enjoyable place to live and employees are welcoming. Pool party is a great way to get the community together.

Living at Avenues at Winter Springs has been an absolute nightmare. The conditions here are nothing short of vile, and it’s shocking that this place is even allowed to operate.

The roach infestation is horrendous. These pests are everywhere—inside the carpet, crawling on countertops, hiding in the crumbling, rotten wood, and even showing up in my bed and shoes. It’s not just a stray roach here and there; it’s an ongoing, pervasive problem. The situation is so bad that the exterminator comes... every single week, yet the roaches persist. It’s clear that whatever management is doing is not working.

The apartment itself is falling apart. The wood around windows, doors, and baseboards is so rotten it flakes off constantly, making a mess and creating even more places for the roaches to nest. The mold problem is just as alarming, with dark patches spreading behind appliances and in corners, filling the apartment with a musty, unhealthy smell.

As a type 1 diabetic, living here has seriously impacted my health. The mold triggers respiratory issues, and the constant stress of dealing with the roach infestation is overwhelming. I’ve reached out to management multiple times, but their dismissive attitude and lack of effective action make it clear they have no intention of truly fixing these issues.


Got stalked while walking to my apartment one time and a STRANGE man was knocking on my door and leaving notes.
