All guests must be approved before check-in, and a $40 fee per unlogged guest will be charged. This is a non-smoking apartment complex, and any violation will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties will be tolerated; if guests throw a party, trash or damage the unit, or hold a gathering with unapproved guests, a $200 fine will be enforced. Pets are not allowed unless approved beforehand, and non-compliance will result in a $500 fine per unauthorized pet. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for an unreasonable mess after checkout. If the keyless entry system is damaged, a $75 fee will be incurred. Guests agree to allow apartment staff to enter the unit for mandatory air filter replacements every two months and for maintenance requests. Guests are not responsible for travel insurance, and the cancellation policy is firm. Parking is first-come, first-serve in the shared apartment complex parking lot.
