Maintenance may enter the unit for normal operations, including mandatory air filter replacements every two months. Guests authorize maintenance to enter the property to resolve reported issues. This is a non-smoking apartment complex, and any infringement will result in a $500 fine, plus potential additional costs. No parties are tolerated; any violation will result in a $200 fine. Pets are not allowed unless approved beforehand, with a $500 fine per unauthorized pet. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for an unreasonable mess after checkout.
