A surcharge will be applied to cover card-processing and administrative costs for any refund issued. For bookings of 40-60 nights, a mid-stay clean is required and charged separately. For bookings over 60 nights, a deep clean replaces the standard checkout clean and is charged separately. Any additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds are reached. Parties are prohibited, and external CCTV and sound sensors will be activated for prolonged noise disturbances.
