509 is a wonderful place to stay. Maintenance is always on time and does a great job fixing issues in a timely matter. The office staff is nice and polite and very helpful. The location is a nice spot it not far from what you need to go

Affordable, Within the city, & Newly renovated
These apartments pics are the updated renovation. (Outside)Must I say, I am new resident here and highly disagree with the comments I am seeing. I love luxury, nice apartments. It is not luxurious to my liking but definitely nice and suitable for the price we are paying. I have no issues with management, inside my apartment, rent, or location. These are nice apartments in Albany and if you’re interested in staying here I would recommend.

Ummm... no. This is not the place to live
I was considering this apt. complex as a place to possibly stay, but I noticed that there were a lot of vacant 1 bedrooms from the listing, so I actually decided to go and look at this property for myself and it was absolutely scary. It looks nothing like the pics shown here on this website. There were units that were in poor shape (hanging doors, window screens out, sliding glass doors opened in vacant units), and it looked like a ghost town because there was no clearly identified leasing... office. I can't see how anyone would want to live here--absolute "NO" for me.

RUNNNN FOR YOUR LIFE
Do yourself a favor and find a nice bridge because it would be a million times better than this dump. Management does not care about you or anyone else, but they do care about that rent money - be a day late and pay a $100 fine, but get shocked when you shower and they won’t bat an eye. Take it from me and everyone else, this place should be hit with a huge fine from the county, but the county doesn’t care either.
