They had me living in mold and I got sick and when I brought it up , landlord said” if your worried about your health then leave “ . Land lord is extremely rude and doesn’t care about you . The apartment is infested with mold and when asked to come look at it they just painted over it(which was still visible) !!!! Everything is old and broke down . Honestly code enforcement needs to get involved because they know but don’t care.

Super old house dog poop everywhere roaches everywhere never cleaned up the parking lot And they will charge you for every single thing :) Worst place to live

Glen Arm Manor
Very quiet neighborhood ! I've been here 4 months the staff Is very friendly! I had couple minor maitance request both request were resolved the same day! I'm disabled so the single story is great! I wish the 1 bedroom had a dishwasher!

My apartment had black mold in the shower and even in my air vent ! Save your money don't move here !!

Live here over a yr
I like the apartment complex, nice front desk lady and maintenance is there to help. I had a leak and a little mold, but maintenance was there to assist me in cleaning it up. Also, for it to be close to a high school and college, it's pretty quiet. Although I wouldn't recommend a back apartment because you can hear the band practice for football season. It's also convenient that it is right across the street from Wal-Mart and close to the mall. Lastly, I think anyone that moves here will be... satisfied.
