Had a great Two years here

This was my and my partner's first apartment together and we loved it. We rented a 1 bedroom on Champagne. The appliances are mostly new. The laundry hookup spot was small but functional for us. We never had bug problems and Adams came to spray once a month. Management was great at communication and maintenance was fast.

The buildings are old, but we experienced no major issues. The pool was kept clean and functional in the summer.

I have lived in multiple apartments and this is easily one… of the better experiences I've had.

Horrible Management & Roaches

The only good thing I have to say about these apartments is that my neighbors were lovely and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I had a really bad roach problem throughout my apartment that got so bad where I stayed with family most of the time because I was extremely uncomfortable. Roaches would come out my vents, my kitchen sink and my bath tub. I used to spray my apartment with roach spray on a weekly basis, but it did not help. When I addressed the problem, the property manager, Brandy,… acted as if it was no big deal at first. I had to constantly stay on her and maintainence team to fix certain things to make me feel more uncomfortable and I can tell they were not used to people staying on them like that because the property manager seemed like she had an attitude with me one or two times. I eventually decided to break my lease and she was very unprofessional throughout that process. I hate that this was my very first apartment experience but I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you are used to roaches and unprofessionalism!
