No Maintenance Staff
This apartment complex is awful. Office staff are incredibly rude and need to be replaced. There mold in the apartments and all maintenance does, IF they even show up, is spray bleach on it And leave. Lol it's insane. They close out maintenance requests and never even show up to do the work. The building literally has pieces hanging off it that you can see from the street. It's ghetto and the rent should match that. Make sure you take pictures and video when you move in and out, because they're… broke and they will try to claim you owe them crazy amounts of money.
