Smoking is prohibited inside the house, with designated outdoor areas available. A $350 fine will be applied for violations. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the premises are left unclean after a house party. A minimum $500 fine will be applied for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay. All stays longer than 14 days will require a mandatory cleaning every two weeks, with a 48-hour notice provided by the cleaning staff.
