The living area includes a cozy daybed, a smart TV, a fireplace, and a foosball table and board games. The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave, but does not have an oven.
Enjoy exclusive access to the backyard pool and spa, a fire pit with seating, and a barbecue/grill. The spa heating can be accommodated for an extra $100 per day, and the pool can be heated from October 1st to May 26th for an additional $250, weather permitting. A crib is available upon request. Smoking is prohibited in the house, with designated outdoor areas available. A $350 fine will be applied for smoking violations. Large group events or parties with more than 8 people are prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. Any violation of the no-parties policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of the security deposit. There will be a minimum $500 fine for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay. All stays longer than 14 days will require a mandatory cleaning every 2 weeks, with 48-hour notice provided for scheduling.
