infested with roaches

I toured multiple apartments and most terrace level are infected with roaches. Management doesn’t inspect properly and gives it to new residents.
Staff is great, and helpful, but roaches don’t go away so easily

We inspect each unit multiple times before any move in and would never… knowingly move a resident into a home that may have a pest control issue. Belmont - great location friendly office

If you're looking for an apartment near everything in Alpharetta I would highly suggest Belmont Park Bridge. The office folks are very helpful and the maintenance guys top notch!

Avoid this property!

Worst community in Alpharetta. I've had leaks from my time of move in. I don't think this is a healthy environment for anyone. The stench of mold is always there. The office staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. I tried to speak to the new manager about my issues, but she wouldn't come out of her office.
