Location, location, location. You cannot go wrong living at Veranda. Great people, great amenities. And a lot of really fun, nice people.
The staff is phenomenal and you will love working with them. Ask for Mark…..he’s the best!

Wonderful place to live. The building & premises are always clean and maintained. The office & maintenance staff are also fast & efficient. Kudos to both the staff and the management team. Thanks to you all for making Veranda a great living environment!

We have been at the Veranda since September 2024 and absolutely love it. If you seek to live in the heart of Alpharetta with access to a good school system, I highly recommend it. There is always an event occurring in Avalon. Our apartment is well-appointed, and the team at the Veranda is extremely helpful. Our leasing agent, Justin, was fantastic to work with.
